It’s unfortunate when an office has good hygienists and a good dentist only for the front desk to ruin it all. Shannon was so rude, so unprofessional and should be fired! If you hate your job then you should leave instead of yelling at patients! Please fire her Dr. Vantramp. I also spoke Stela the office manager about the situation who said “ I’m sorry you feel that way” ummm how about I’m sorry this happened. Unprofessional. Called to reschedule an appointment and was told I need to wait 3 months, didn’t offer any solution or to put me on a callback list or anything and told me other people booked their appointments 6 months in advance. However when they needed to cancel my last appointment, they had no issues doing it to me 1 week before. Even if they were that booked, try being kind maybe? No need for attitude. Do yourself favor and go elsewhere.
