First thing I will say is the staff at D.F.D. are super nice and are very accommodating. As far as my experience with my visit as well as past visits are very disappointing. I go out of my way to make an appointment to get what I consider simple dentistry only to be told I need to go to a specialist. So I have taken time off work or lost sleep due to trying to work an appointment around my work only to find out my issue won't be resolved as I was hoping. Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different doctor and lose sleep or time off work one more time. This is getting way to common. I am sorry but I will be looking into finding a dentist that is more of a full service dentist. In my past I have had several dentists that would accommodate me in office. As I said before i have no issue with the kind staff I just get this impression they prefer to work with patients with more perfect teeth than myself. I realize I do have issues with my dental work and I very well may need to have specialists to work on my teeth. I am just tired of having to make two different appointments with 2 different doctors to resolve a problem that I was hoping to get fixed on my first appointment. This has happened at least my last 3 or so appointments. The doctors are all very professional and very good at describing my issue for me to understand. I just need a more full service dentist.
