I have high anxiety going to dentist but I had the best experience with Hygienists Amanda and Sydney. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. Also Dr Z was the best in care and treatment. It was so refreshing to come into Dove Family Dentistry after going to a chain dentist first. The differences in service and compassion were glaring. From the moment I walked in the staff were warm and helpful. The front desk employees helped me through the paper work and the assistant helped me through my xrays while asking about myself in a way that seemed genuine and friendly. We even bonded over our families history of military service. Dr Zingerman was thorough in his work and also took the time to explain to me what everything meant. He made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and addressed all of my concerns. Overall it made a scary trip to the dentist way easier! I will definitely be coming back and referring others to this wonderful practice.
