I chose this dentist due to the 5 star Google rating. I thought that was far too good to be true but figured I would take a chance. I went in skeptical of the reviews, thought maybe they were paid customers or something along those lines. This appointment was for my soon to be 2 year old, his first dentist visit with another business at 1 years old did not go so well (the place didn't seem very kid friendly), so I was nervous this would go similarly. However, all this said, I truly think this place deserves the 5 star rating. I don't recall my technicians name but she thoroughly explained to me a lot of toddler oral care information. Some I had already known from my own research but a lot was new to me and she was able to answer any questions I had on top of any given information. I requested not to use the floride solution thats left on the teeth for personal reasons and was nervous for some push back or judgement but she said not to worry and that they would never push me to get something I dont want. Furthermore, what really impressed me is she mentioned a floride free toothpaste and floride alternative solution they could use instead to prevent cavities and tooth decay which I had never heard of. She also confirmed my son has a lip tie and mentioned potential risks i did not know about if it is not corrected by itself or with a cut, but reassured me it can correct by itself and they would just keep an eye on it. Of which his pediatrician and other dentist never mentioned. The other dentist I went to with my child was very in and out with not much information on anything. Very friendly technician and my son was 100% more calm and content at this dentist than the last. After all was said and done, my son got to pick a prize from a treasure chest and went home with a tooth brush with one of his favorite Disney characters. Definitely recommend this place to families looking for dental care for littles.
