I’ve been a loyal patient here for over 15 years, but my experience ended on a very disappointing note. They scheduled me for an appointment I never confirmed and then tried to charge me a missed appointment fee — a fee I was never informed about. Even when I explained this, they still wanted me to pay and I had to firmly insist I would not. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very rude throughout the conversation, which was especially upsetting after being a long-time patient. In the end, they agreed to drop the charge, but told me they will no longer schedule me. This shows a complete lack of respect for long-term patients and very poor customer service. If you’re considering this office, be aware of their unclear policies and how rudely they may treat you if an issue arises. I have only missed 3 appointments in over 3 years.
