Haylee was very warm and friendly. She did a very thorough job and explained clearly what she was doing. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know. The cleaning took longer than I am used to. I'm not sure if it was because she is newly graduated, because of the conversation or because I had more tarter than usual. Since I am usually going back to work, I prefer to know in advance if the cleaning will take longer than 45-60 minutes. I rated a 4 because I was concerned that I would be late for a meeting. Otherwise, Haylee is wonderful.
